Kinool Construction recently carried out a complete renovation of the bathroom in my Sth. Yarra, Melbourne Art Deco apartment.

We used Kinool Construction for a new ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.   

The space available was restricted, but Andrew did a fantastic job with helping us design a functioning space that we now love.

We had Kinool Construction build a shed for us in February 2019. Communication with Andrew was great, he listened to what we wanted to achieve, asked plenty of questions and also provided us with alternative options and suggestions.

We engaged Andrew from Kinool Construction to do the strip out and refurbishment of our apartment in South Yarra. As the property is very old, we did encounter some challenges which were easily resolved. At all times we were regularly updated as to the progress of the works and input was sought from us when required. 

Kinool uses quality sub-contractors which is evident in the finishes. The job came in on budget and I thank Kinool for making such a complex task seem so easy. We would not hesitate to use Kinool Construction again on our next project

Kinool Construction made my life a lot easier when renovating our Unit in St Kilda. Living in New South Wales I was able to have our renovations done with out having to stay in Melbourne and try find trades people to do the job. Andrew and I met on site twice over the period of 6 weeks. If Andrew had any questions for me, he didn't hesitate to ring always being very professional. Andrew handled all trades people the body corporate conditions for a very smooth, quick renovation of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and halls. The end result is amazing and I will not hesitate to use Andrew in the future. 

We decided to enlarge the living area of our small apartment by removing the wall of what was originally a study. Not a big job but Andrew’s attention to care and details was as if it was.
